Ian finished a Diploma of Entertainment at Holmesglen in 2003. Throughout the year, he performed stage management and lighting operation work at the Comedy Festival for a variety of international performers including Arj Barker, Ross Noble, Dom Irrera and Danny Bhoy. His lighting design and operation jobs include Steve Wheat’s THE LOST AND THE FOUND at Chapel off Chapel, Kenneth Spiteri’s THE 7 DEGREES OF LOVE at The Butterfly Club, Grainfed Theatre’s THE WRITE ONE DOT COM at Chapel off Chapel and MAN WOMAN SEX REVENGE at The Mechanics Institute. He has worked stage management duties on Glynn Nicholas’ CERTIFIED MALE and Ben Elton’s WE WILL ROCK YOU. With a primary interest in writing music, Ian wrote the soundtrack for Dancehouse’s theatre season PULSE and the score for the film HANDBALL, by Sue Broberg. GREAT PROCRASTINATIONS is Ian’s first writing and acting credit for Grainfed.
